Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required at booking.
• More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: 100% refund.
• 24 to 48 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.
• If M Cubed Adventures cancels: 100% refund for transportation not provided.

Cancellation deadlines are based on the scheduled pickup time. Exactly 48 hours qualifies for a 50% refund; exactly 24 hours is nonrefundable.

How to cancel

Email us at reservations@mcubedadventures.com with your reservation reference. Our team reviews every request and processes approved refunds through Stripe, back to the card you paid with.
